As your Construction and Project Manager, DPI’s duty is to identify the potential challenges, develop mitigation strategies and ensure that any and all concerns are addressed and dealt with while maintaining schedule, budget, safety and quality expectations. The challenges will vary, but the approach is the same: Define, Plan, Implement while maintaining flexibility to resolve those issues which may arise unexpectedly.
