Our three-tiered approach is the basis for every project DPI manages: Define the objectives and determine how construction will affect each of them; Plan and devise a process that organizes the resources in a manner that will achieve the objectives; and Implement the plan by channeling the resources into executing the plan and constantly monitor its effectiveness.
