Rick Perin
Co-Founder, DPI Construction
Rick is a Co-Founder of DPI and has extensive experience in the commercial construction and real estate development industry. Rick’s experience was broadened in the U.S. where he was involved with a large scale architectural/engineering firm leading to substantial experience with base building to interior construction projects of varying sizes.
Rick graduated Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Technology Architectural Science, Majoring in Project Management and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Rick is also trained in the use of AutoCAD, which enhances his ability to review and evaluate floor plans.
Since founding DPI Rick has focused on interior renovations and build-outs primarily in the retail, commercial and institutional environments. Rick has an evidence based reputation for delivering for his clients and as such has focused the growth of DPI on repeat clients while ensuring our new clients receive the same level of service..
